Titan UVC LED Lights

The TITAN UVC air duct Light is the most powerful device in the market. At 80 watts, it emits 1960nm (nano meters) of radiant flux at 280nm wavelength. Compared to the old UVC lamp technology, Titan UVC LED air duct light is most robust, energy-saving and environmentally friendly design of any UVC light or any other indoor air disinfecting product in the market. The UVC lamp lights on the other hand are very fragile and contain mercury. So, if the lamp breaks inside the duct, it could contaminate the whole building.

The Titan UVC LED light has enough energy to break the carbon bonds of viruses and bacteria, incapacitating their RNA and DNA strands so they can no longer replicate and therefore are eradicated. In addition, it also cleans the biofilm buildup on HVAC coils.

Utilizing NEXNORD’s Smart Cooling® thermal management technology, the Titan UVC LED air duct light features the lowest thermal resistances which minimizes the temperature of the UVC LEDs to ensure high performance and long life. The Titan UVC LED air duct light utilizes 280nm wavelength which is the most effective and the safest UVC wavelength for eradicating airborne viruses, bacteria, and any other pathogens. In addition, it stays safely tucked inside the air ducts and away from sight, therefore they are very safe for continuous operation.

  1. Drill two hole of θ3/8″ or θ10 mm at a spacing oi 100mm or 3.93 inch for mounting bolts.(flat metal bar should be as long as the duct)
  2. Drill 1/2″ hole for the power cord and the rubber grommet(supplied)
  3. Pvt M10 bolt through the drilled mounting hole , add washer and M10” nut as shown. Tighten nut.
  4. Feed power cord up through the grommet.
  5. Attach a 120V plug to the cord or install an electric connection box
